With our careful Preventive Maintenance program, you will have your food service equipment running reliably and safely. User will get careful inspection by PRESTO which is incompliance with manufacturer's recommended maintenance procedures of your commercial kitchen cooking and refrigeration equipment. ​

Presto Kitchen’s Service Contracts includes
unlimited service by equipment-specific trained technicians during regular business hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Preventive maintenance visits are conducted quarterly or scheduled according to your specific needs. The company provides complete instruction and in-service training on all equipment upon request, ensuring that clients have access to a dedicated customer service team for troubleshooting and optimal response times. Prior to issuing a contract, a thorough review of all equipment and serial numbers is conducted, and each item is given an initial inspection. Once a contract is awarded, Presto will meet with clients to discuss expectations and protocols, ensuring the relationship operates as smoothly as possible.

Our Response to You​
There are both automatic/proactive responses to service issues and reactive ones.
The best reactive response is a quick dispatch of one our technicians specifically trained for that needed repair.
Proactive responses include our thorough Preventive Maintenance schedule on your kitchen equipment.
Provided we have good communication, emergency repairs will be handled the same day and repairs of a secondary priority within 24 hours.
